[Q] Same old problem "Not enough storage topic

Using a Sprint Galaxy s5 with a custom rom. I try to download any apk file and get the infamous not enough space (when there is) manage app message. Tried to delete odex from root explorer can't find it in suggest area as well as search different for any odex file and since I can't download apk file can't download lucky patcher to fix the problem ither so that leaves me in quite the predicament. Any suggestions can someone please help. Thanks in advance?

So samsung released the official lollipop firmware for the SM-N900, you can get it from sam mobile and using Odin update manually. My question is, i have the n9005 version, can i use that firmware or should i wait for the proper way and wait for the mobile update system when it notifies me that its good to go? Thanks

[Q] Mic Problem: My voice not going through in calls, same goes for voice recording topic

Hi xda!
First of all my specs:
I9300 International
Unofficial CM 12 build made by JustArchi and Moster7
My problem is that my voice does not go through in a call, the person who I am talking says that he cannot hear me bur I can hear him. Same goes for voice recording, the only thing that is recorded is some sort of static. But in video recordings, well, it records my voice but with some static.
I tried cleaning both the mic holes with a safety pin by poking the holes carefully, but it did moy work.
I cleared the data of every app that uses voice recording, no effect.
Help pls.

Normally in the morning of each date I go to the playstore to check for updates for my apps, since I don't have it automatically, because I want to be able to choose what to update.
The thing is, sometimes I update multiple apps and let's say some hours later, I receive a warning that I should update some apps and those are the ones which I already updated and they got the same exact notes - looking to be updating to the same version... This happens to me quite offen... Anyone knows what I'm talking about?

I have decided to dink the coolaid and dump AT&T and move to the dark side, being Verizon. Looking at their phones, I do like the look of the Note Edge. I cannot find anything on XDA about the Note Edge. I was just wondering if it is the same (other than the screen) hardware wise as the Note 4. My hope is that if they are so similar, something that works for the Note 4 will work for the Note Edge?? Or should I get the Note 4 and pretend I never saw the Edge?? Any help/advice?? Thanks!

I'm developing app that will turn any smartphone into desktop PC while still maintaining its functions.

How it works?
It is very simple! For a wired connection (via a cable), all you need to do is insert your phone into a docking device; within seconds you can use your phone as a desktop computer – on the screen, you will see all programs adapted (size and interface) for use with external monitor, keyboard, and mouse. In this way, you can create texts, tables, surf the internet, and do many other things that you do on your PC or laptop. After disconnecting, simply take your phone out of the docking device and you can instantly use it as you are used to.
For a wireless connection (without a cable), all you need to do is click on a specific icon on your phone and it will connect to a television where you can use the internet, play games, watch movies, view photos, listen to MP3 files – your phone can easily become a multimedia centre. With a wireless connection, it is also possible to use all functions of your phone as with a wired connection. To disconnect, simply click on the icon. Wireless connection use Google Chromecast.



Why do I think that this is great idea?
Well because today's phone are very powerful so why not use them as primary or secondary desktop.

Where is the catch?
Atm the app is working only on my phone but I really would like, that anyone in the world could use his/her phone as desktop PC without ROOT, but for that I need great support from app developers because they need to modify their app to switch their UI when my App is running. It's little bit complicated but if it will be easy somebody already developed it.

What do you think about this app? Would you like to use your phone like desktop? The main advantage of phone is that it is small and you have it ALWAYS with you. And I'm sure that soon or later ppl will use their phone same way like their user their PC or NB, smartphones are becoming very powerfull so why not used them like desktop?

[Q] I9305 Usb host mode and charging at the same time topic

Hello!
Today I (Finally) received my USB OTG Y cable! I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 4G (I9305) and i bought the cable because the ebay site said it was for s3. I was really happy when i got it and plugged my usb memory stick into it. It all worked good. Then I plugged in the charger (to the female micro usb) and it didnt start charging. I wasn't happy anymore. Then i started to researh a little. I found out that my phone doesnt support USB host mode and charging at the same time ( :( ). So im just asking, is there a way to make my phone charge when i use the OTG cable without any hardware modifying? Can I just likes install a custom kernel that supports OTg charging? Or just make my phone think its docced when i use that cable (I thought that may work)?
Btw im running android 4.4.4 stock rom and stock kernel. Thanks for any help.

Huawei Mate2-l05 has the same CPU as Huawei P6, is it possible to flash P6's CPU info topic

Hi guys,

I bought a Huawei Mate2-l05 (Chinese model) which I thought will support AWS 1700/2100 but not. The American model (Mate2-l03) uses a different CPU though so it won't help to flash the firmware of it.
However, I found P6s support AWS 1700/2100 and has the same CPU as Mate2-l05.
I extracted both firmware and try to figure out which img file is about the CPU but I am unable to find further information.
The firmwares are about 1GB for each so I am unable to upload them. I am unable to provide the link since I am a new user, sorry about that.

After comparing both files I found only files sizes are different which are:
CRC.img
CUST.img
MODEMNVM1.img
SYSTEM.img
VERLIST.img

I don't know if I am in the right direction that I just replace the img file related to the CPU and then the blocked bands will be released.

PS.
I got a feedback that it might be related to the modem of the phone.
As mentioned above, the only difference between them about modem is the "MODEMNVM1.img“.
Does it mean if I replaced this img, I may be able to unlocked the bands?
