entering recovery freeze twrp topic

Hi,
I have a problem, Twrp recovery (i try all version) don't start!!freeze in htc logo whit "entering recovery". I find this problem after the replacement of touch screen. The only recovery that work is the phil touch. My phone is unlocked, s-off and rooted! I flashed the ruu of 1.XX firmware but nothingand then reflash the recovery ! anyone have a solution?? sorry for my english
