Help please.... having issues with connectivity topic

bough my HK M8 rooted it and flashed nocturnal night vision rom. wifi wouldnt turn on and rom had trouble booting up. I locked bootloader and ran 3.31.654.2 RUU and got phone up and running except i have connection issues like dropped calls no matter what rom i flash the issue continues. please help
