once "android.process.acore" error triggered - phone is wasted topic

installed 200 aps -entered passwords and made the phone ready for business use :fingers-crossed:
then i started....
PAYPAL triggered the nasty "ANDROID:PROCESS:ACORE HAS STOPPED" error
the error prevents the complete use of phonecalling function and email and hangouts

other programs that trigger the error on lolipop 5.0 - v20f on D855 are
facebook/ outlook / messenger /

this bug makes the phone unusable. even lg support team have no solution
