Hey all,
Quick question. So apparently I have a bad BT module in my Note 10.1 2014 because it can't stay connected to my BT Logitech K810 (as others have suggested in this forum). It has a 2 year John Lewis warranty and they want to send it away on my behalf.
But, they won't see that I've tripped knox in the shop so no doubt they will send it away.
What's likely to happen and what are the potential (worst case) ramifications of letting them do this? ie if they send it, Samsung return it and say "no", can JL charge me for carriage and labour fees incurred by Samsung? Or are they just likely to sort it? Does anyone have any experience, because right now I wish I hadn't tripped KNOX :(
Cheers
