[Q] clone note3 internal storage problem topic

Hi to all,

good day, im new here. and im new to my samsung galaxy note3 clone. i bought my phone with 32gb storage then the problem appears after i do a factory date reset. my internal storage says total space of 1.27gb and sd card 1.26gb but i didnt insert any micro sd card because my phone not mounting my micro sd card. i tried my micro sd card to other original samsung phone and its working properly. and when im check file manager it says "sd card available 15.87gb / total space 16.36gb

im not aware if my device is already rooted or not.
when i boot it it says samsung galaxy note 3 sm-n900
