[Q] Infinite Boot Loop---HELP topic

:crying: Please help me... I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 that is STUCK in an infinite boot loop. I have tried to Hard set Factory Reset, nothing.....I have gone into Download Mode, Every step I have taken has led to no where....The ONLY thing I haven't done is going into Safe Mode, which, for some reason, I have forgotten how to do....please help me....
