[Q] S4 ROM recommendation . topic

I'm new to this malarkey and found this forum ( awesome by the way )
I Have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Model GT-I9505.
I'm looking for a new ROM that is fast, stable and reliable and looks like the Arrow mod
Can any one make a suggestion ?
