ROM ViperOne M8 3.2.1 HTC ONE M8 VERIZON topic

I installed the rom ViperOne M8 3.2.1 in recovery mode via TWRP , the installation went smoothly , I have access to wifi but could call or use the 3g.

I changed the MID I put 0P6B10000au place 0P6B20000

I proceeded to change the firmaware 4.16.401.9-Firmware.zip and I installed the rom ViperOne M8 3.2.1 in recovery mode via TWRP but it only starts to the bootloader .

I did the same thing with the 4.16.401.7-Firmware.zip firmaware and I have the same problem it starts only to the bootloader .

I remade these manipulations several times.

Thank you for helping me to overcome this blockage I would very much like to install the viperonem8 rom.
