Exclamation mark on WiFi - Android L Moto G XT1033 topic

Hello guys! I am facing very strange issue on my Moto G 1st gen Dual Sim with Lollipop update. I am non rooted, with stock ROM. I have exclamation mark on the WiFi icon in the status bar, although I have internet connection. I have contacted Motorola Support for help, but they've said that I need to factory reset the phone.
I did so, issue was gone until I rebooted the device. I got a message on boot "Android is upgrading - Finishing boot" and then exclamation mark was there again. I have tried connecting not only to my home WiFi network, but to others, so the problem doesn't come from me. Then I did factory reset again, issue was gone and I didn't restart the device this time, but after a while I had to reboot and I got same message at boot, but after booting up exclamation mark was gone and i thought I somehow fixed it, but this morning I woke up and it's here again.

I can provide a logcat if needed.

Attaching screenshot of the problem.

Any help will be appreciated.

[Q] Moto g2 exclamation mark beside network icon after Lolipop upgrade. topic

Moto g2 exclamation mark beside network icon after Lolipop upgrade.

After the upgrade to Lolipop, my internet on the sim seems to be not working. I get a exclamation mark on the network icon and the same stays for long. After sometime the internet starts on its own but only for about 3-4 hours before the exclamation mark comes back on. After doing a bit of research, i found that if you insert a completely new sim on the phone the internet issue is resolved temporarily(may be for a day).
The network works fine on Wi-Fi.
Kindly advise!

3D Mark and PC Mark (Dalvik vs. ART) topic

I have done some testing with PC Mark and 3D Mark on mine and my girlfriends Galaxy S5. (SM-G900F)

My S5 is at 5.0 and hers at 4.4.2 and the change from Dalvik to ART is definitely noticable.

Did several tests and the average scores was as follows :)
Phones are completely stock, the only difference is the Androidversion and that mine had its mainboard changed a few days ago (this is when it got updated to 5.0). Both phones had the same amount of free RAM when the benchmarks was started. Also mine (5.0) has alot more apps installed.

PCMark
5.0/4.4.2 : 4358/3542
Detailed info (red text is the average for the S5)
Web : 3642/2945 (3137)
Video : 4239/3713 (3818)
Writing : 5101/3941 (3725)
Photoedit : 4383/3653 (3802)

3D Mark
5.0/4.4.2 : 19298/17771
Detailed info (red text is the average for the S5)
Graphics : 20502/18948 (19139)
Physics : 16009/14598 (15489)
GFX-Test 1 : 107.3/104.3 (104)
GFX-Test 2 : 76.2/68.1 (69)
Physics test : 50.8/46.3 (49)

I am not trying to show of here or start some competition or something. I just want to show the difference between ART and Dalvik. I knew there would be better performance with 5.0, but not by this much.

With 4x MSAA (in hidden devsection) activated on the 5.0 S5, the score fell down just below the 4.4.2 S5.

Red exclamation mark and bug droid in recovery topic

I restored the twrp backup of 5.0.2 from a thread on xda for xt1068. But when I booted into recovery from bootloader my phone's twrp recovery doesn't shows up instead a bug droid with an red exclamation shows. I tried flashing latest twrp.img via mfastboot method but that was of no help. Everything goes fine but the recovery shows warning Android symbol. Help needed!

I tried holding the volume up button for 10 seconds and then pressing and releasing the Power button while volume button still pressed when the warning shows but that doesn't helps either. Should I flash custom recovery once and then again try flashing twrp? I need to restore my twrp backup of 4.4 so that I could get the official update.
