The phone has the latest Blisspop installed, but I am able to hear anything during a phone call. Even with the Bluetooth connected, it doesn't produce any sound. If I plug my headphones in, then I can hear the caller and they can hear me. Please help. I made a clean install of the custom ROM. How can I get the sound on the earpiece of the headset?

[Q] How to know if the bootloader of my Xperia E (C1505) is properly unlocked? topic
Hi guys,
First post on this forum, so I apologize in advance if this is not the right section. I have an Xperia E phone and I'm following a guide I found on the net to install Cyanogenmod in it. In order to do it, I followed the official Sony guide to unlock the bootloader, they sent me the unlock code and I used fastboot to enter the code into the phone. After that, the phone got stuck in a bootloop and I had to use a program called Flashtool in order to flash the original ROM into the phone again.
Now, when I enter *#*#7378423#*#* on the phone's dial pad and go to "Service info > Configuration", I can see the following message:
:
The weird thing is every guide I've read on the net about unlocking Xperia devices claim the above message should be "Bootloader unlocked: Yes", so I'm slightly confused (note the difference between "unlock" in the above message and "unlocked"). I guess it is actually unlocked because I was able to use Sony's Flashtool to flash the original ROM, but some clarification on this would be useful since I'm planning to install Cyanogenmod and I wouldn't like to brick the phone by flashing a custom ROM on an unlocked phone.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Is there a stock verizon 4.4.2 rom for unlocked bootloaders? topic
Want to update a family members phone to 4.4.2. Has Verizon S3 with 4.3, baseband i535vrlf2, currently running cleanrom 8 core edition. Looking for a 4.4.2 stock based rom that will work with the unlocked bootloader, everything I can find requires it to be locked.
[Q] MAXX Unlocked 4.2.2, custom recovery. How to get to 4.4.4? topic
So as the title says, I recently sunshine unlocked my 4.2.2 (12.15.15 firmware) MAXX. At this point, I have a custom recovery from the root method I used on the phone a year ago, but other than that I'm just running the stock 4.2.2 Camera update.
What is the easiest way to get up and running on a current 4.4.4 build? Can I use RSDlite to return to stock 4.2.2, or does that not work with an unlocked bootloader? Could I RSDlite to 4.4.4 directly? What about flashing TWRP to my phone now and using that to flash a 4.4.4 rom? I dont care about losing all of my data or anything like that.
I'm a little confused on what I can and can't flash depending on the current version of andoid I'm on, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

[Q] Frequency Bands - Padfone S or Unlocked Padfone X? topic
I can't locate any information about the supported frequency bands of the Asus Padfone X, but I did find the Asus Padfone S.
TL;DR - Does anyone know the supported frequencies for Asus Padfone X?
...
Asus Padfone S:
This list seems a bit incomplete - no 2G standard?
Since I am a T-Mobile customer, I need a phone that supports these:
Since Asus Padfone S does not support 1700, if I purchase Padfone S then I will have to downgrade from AWS to PCS. The problem this has is that there are no PCS LTE towers in my area since it's a metro area that fully supports AWS. I am in a refarmed area that has HSPA+ on the 1900 band now, so I could at least get that, but if the Asus Padfone X supports 1700 then I'd rather buy one of those and unlock it.

[Q] unlocked note 3 signal topic
Hey all, I have an unlocked Verizon note 3 sm-900v and I'm on tmobile network. When I first got the phone it said tmobile as carrier then it switches to att and stays there forever never switches back to tmobile. If I Factory restore it will go back to tmobile for a while then goes to att again. Why does it do this and can I make it stay on tmobile somehow. I am well within tmobiles 4G lte coverage area and have had lte the entire time. It appears that when my phone is on att the signal is weaker (fewer bars than when it showed tmobile as carrier) I'm confused anybody know anything. Thanks for the responses.
Help with Unlocked T-Mobile S5 topic
OK, I cannot find this information anywhere so maybe someone here can help me.
My wife bought a Galaxy S5 and we had quickly paid it off. Because we only get 2G where we live , we decided to switch to Straight Talk.
After a week of Straight Talk not working correctly (we would have Full LTE service but could not make or recieve calls) we then ported to Cricket AIO.
We are having the same issue and don't know where to start. I wiped out the factory image and installed a debloated Rom thinking removing some
T-Mo junk would help but it doesn't. Everything is correct, APN settings and all. Can somebody shed some light and let me know what to try next?
Thanks

[Q] How do I get WiFi calling on a factory unlocked HTC One M8? topic
Just bought a factory unlocked M8 with T-Mobile as my current service provider. The WiFi calling feature is not available, as T-Mobile only offers it on their locked phones. If it's possible to modify the phone to get WiFi calling, can someone please tell me how to do it (step-by-step) or link me to helpful resources? I have never even rooted a phone, but I am up for anything to get this feature. Please help!
[Q] Installed Bootloader Unlocked, Rooted, xRecovery v0.1, whats next? topic
Hey boys,
Finally i decide to upgrade my Xperia X8 (from the last android official update) to a new version. I past the day reading guides, looking videos and finally i got my:
* Bootloader Unlocked.
* Rooted.
* xRecovery v0.1 Installed
Now im trying to decide wich version should i try to upgrade. Some people would say as a first shoot i should upgrade to 2.3.7, but i would like to install a newer version of android like 3.X or 4.X if possible.
My question is, there is any problem if i try to upgrade from Android (2.0 or 2.1) not exactly sure to a newer version (Android 4.0)?
Wich guides do you recommend me to follow, i think that the newer versions ask you to install something called kernel, but 2.3.7 doesnt right?
Thanks for advance.

[Q] 64GB unlocked? topic
So, I recently bought a pair of these for the wife and kid.
I purchased what was listed as 32GB Unlocked for 9 from big A.
Today what arrived in the mail was a pair of 64GB phones running 3.6.8 (the unlocked OS version).
Has this happened to anyone else?
Is it possible to confirm this is unlocked?
No SIM was installed or provided (makes sense given it is supposed to be unlocked)
Battery/Storage reports:Your Files: 1.42Gb, Free 51.93 GB
That would seem to indicate it certainly is 64GB internal
I did not see any carrier branded software in the apps tray.

unlocked means ? topic
I ran across a phone that is described as "unlocked".
Does that mean that the bootloader is unlocked ?
How can I check this to be true, sort of loading another rom ?
Also if a phone is "unlocked" does that mean that getting root is a given ? easier ?
I realize these are very newbie questions, apologies.
