Simple digital date with dual time zones (12 hr format) + weather topic

Why is it so hard to find, yet create, such a clock face. It was a a no brainier on the pebble and I understand the moto360 has such a watchface (at least the dual time part). The closest I have come is to use WatchMaker but I cannot overcome a few obstacles:
1. My local time, which course never changes, needs to be fixed to my local location. The best way I figure to do this is to assign my local location to one of the extra time zones, say location 1. Issues: I can only express the time in 24 hr format and the weather will be tied to the GPS location of the watch/phone.
2. My second time can be tied to another extra time zone, say 2. Again I can only get the time in 24hr format but I at least get weather at my location 2 since it is tied to the GPS.

So a compromise might be to live with the weather only in my current location but I would prefer a solution to use 12 hr time. Any solutions.

Rooting and keeping up to date with the official ROMs topic

Hello guys
I've tried to gather some information on how to do this but I always get lost on the best and proper way to do it.

So, basically I'm currently on 20F as upgraded through the official LG Desktop tool.
What I wanted was to get Root while still using the 20F. From what I've gathered so far I have to downgrade to 10E, root using purple drake and then update.

So far I'm able to go as far as downgrading, rooting, installing TWRP. My problem is: after trying and flashing 20E, 20F or 20H I have issues with some games (not sure if the same would happen with non-gaming apps) where basically the game simply closes after a couple of seconds open, no error what so ever. The games in question I've tried are Tap Titans and Crossy Road.

Is someone facing any similar issues? Or could someone give me a hint on anything I might be doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help! :)
