[Q] Locked in boot loop and cannot access Internal Storage to flash new custom ROMs topic

I have been tweaking around with my phone and it has finally given in. I can access CWM Recovery Mode but cannot access internal storage via a computer. Mounting USB Storage in Recovery Mode also does not work. I am not quite sure if my Internal Memory is corrupted or if I should just format my internal memory and try to mount it again.

Suggestions?

GT-i9500 boot loop with a difference topic

So I have a GT-i9500, its a year old and it started with a little problem.

A few months ago it got stuck in a boot loop, the one where it gets stuck on the Galaxy S4 logo. I pushed the power button a few times and it booted properly.

Well its now stuck in that boot loop again and no matter the amount of times I play with the power button I can't get it out of the boot loop.

I have tried everything.

Here are some of the issues:

If I put the battery in the phone boots automatically.
If I try the POWER + VOL DOWN + HOME combo I get into the download mode but then it restarts and goes back into the boot loop
I can't put it into recovery mode, it just fails to respond to the POWER + VOL UP + Home combination.

I have tried different batteries, I've left the phone without a battery for days to see if it would fix the issue. Nothing works.

Any suggestions or insights?

LG G3 - Boot Loop and problem with download mode topic

Hi.
My phone stopped responding today so I removed battery and turned it on again. But all I see is LG logo. When I choose hard reset it just goes back to LG logo and nothing happens.
I can go in download mode (download mode title on screen and nothing else) but my PC doesnt see my phone. So I cant try to fix via PC Suite or just flash stock rom again.
Phone is unrooted, stock 20f rom.

Stuck at boot loop. White Amazon Logo topic

Which is installing the latest pre-rooted stock software, (version 51.1.4.1_514013920) After pushing the rom to /sdcard, I rebooted the device so that I could flash it via clockworkmod recovery, but I was not able to select the recovery option with my keyboard. So I decided to re-do the installation of Rbox's kernel boot menu. Now, I'm stuck at a boot loop with just the white Amazon logo showing up. Is my device bricked and is there a way to fix it?

i wanted to know if it's software so i went to safe mode, but nothing brought it out of safe mode.

so i flashed the latest Firmware but i realized the (( Nand Erase all )) option was on, ( laptop is touch screen )

now the phone is in boot loop. i reflashed the firmware but nothing.
i can't go to Recovery mode and can only go to download mode with on OTG device i bought before.

is there anything i can do to fix it?

HTC One M8 boot loop? topic

My HTC One M8 keeps booting to the Cyanogen Mod splash screen or boot animation, and then just restarts. . . It does this infinitely. I can access my custom recovery (TWRP) and bootloader mode. I've tried reflashing, wiping, different versions of CM and nothing works. I have a backup of stock HTC sense 6 rom that works perfectly. I really want CM11 or CM12 to work but it just keep rebooting! And yes, I am flashing the boot.img whenever I flash a Rom.

[Q] Stock Htc One M8 boot loop topic

Phone went dead and i charged it then i tryed to reboot and now it is stuck in a boot loop. This is a stock Htc one m8 it has not been rooted or S-off. I am Running the latest 4.4.4 update from AT@T. I was able to get fastboot off and get into factory rest but when it goes to reset it just comes up with a red triangle.

If you are a Theme enthusiast while testing new themes sometimes end up with a bootloop :( which happened to me many times
only way out is data wipe which is a worst nightmare for the flasher(without having backup)

here is a solution where data wipe is not involved :)

Requirements

• Recovery filemanager like AROMAFileManager/TWRP Recovery (which has inbuilt FileManager)


• incase if you are using AromaFM you shold know how to use it in recoverry


• Patience

Steps

1. Boot into recovery


2. Open Recovery File manager


3. goto Data/system/


4. Delete theme folder


5. Done


6. Reboot

No Boot loops. Change the theme once you boot :)
Hope this saves lot of hours of users like me who struggle to recover the data.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite and it would only boot into cwm recovery mode so i googled it and tried installing an stock rom using odin but that failed and now it's stuck in a boot loop. It will only loop while plugged in whens its not plugged in i cant get it to turn on, while its looping it says firmware upgrade encountered an issue for 3 seconds turns off then says it again. I've tried booting it into download mode and recovery mode both while unplugged and plugged and nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Flashing any 4.4.4 ROM = Boot Loop topic

Hi

My problem is simple: I can't flash any of the 4.4.4 KK ROMS. Once I do, I'm given an infinite boot loop.

It's a pretty simple soft brick. Flashing stock via RSD Lite fixes it. I've done it several times in succession due to the repeated failed flashes.

The two ROMS I've tried were: SlimKat 4.4.4 and CM 11 4.4.4.

Both yield the same result: Infinite boot loop.

Things I've attempted:
Full wipe of /data /cache /system, and a factory reset.
Flashing via Atrix 2 Bootstrapper, BMM.

Nothing has worked so far, and I'm following installation guides to the dot. Can anyone provide some insight as to where I might be going wrong?

so, i have a GS4 gt-i9505 and it dont boot. when i start the phone in recovery mode, it freeze during loading with the little green robot and it reboot and it don't boot normaly. i have try flashing with newest stock ROM, re-partition, custom recovery and nothing work. i have try to root. i already have acces to download mode.

i don't know what information you need so i stay in front of my computer to give more information.

Official 8.1 Update. Boot loop! topic

Today, I've got official update to 8.1. Firstly, it udpated upto xxx.166 veresion. On the next step, it updated to 8.1. I've been seen geers for few minutes, then it booted and started boot loop!

p.s. The same issue I've got when tried to install Developer Preview (phone was fixed by garantee).

Bootl Loop after Lollipop Update topic

Hey Community,
My colleague gave me his cell phone (HTC One M8), because I have previously worked with cfws and was flashing phones (but this was at time of Gingerbread on LGP920).
That's why I'm not a novice but I'm not familiar with today's technology.

He updated his HTC (it isn't rooted) and get stuck at bootscreen. Now he can't do anything. Recovery & Hard-Reset nothing works for him. I just get into the fastboot mode.
Can you tell me what can I do next?

[Q] Any hope for a stock recovery boot loop with a broken charging port? topic

I have an old Sprint S3 that I am using as my son's media player that I swap batteries to keep it going because of a broken charging port. It's usually in airplane mode but I connected to wifi and noticed there was a System update (L710VPUDNJ2). I accepted the update but after rebooting into stock recovery I got a system 7 error (I'm not sure what I did in the past that would cause a system 7).

I think it's possible to sideload this OTA update via ODIN but since the usb port is non functioning I can't try that. Factory reset did not get me out of the recovery boot loop. Not that I expected it, but applying the update via sdcard did not work either.

Any hope for this phone?

I woke up this morning to a message that there was an OTA software update available for my phone. As the instructions said i made sure my phone was not encrypted and proceeded with the update. After the reboot I get a black screen with the green android man flashing up with a message saying 'installing system updates...' for less than half a second every 5 seconds.


When i plug my device into my window 7 machine i hear the device connected noise but the device does not show up in Kies. I have tried :

-reinstalling the usb drivers though Kies
- Entering download mode on the phone by holding power down home and power button but the phone is still not detected
-A firmware upgrade and initialization via Kies but after the software downloads it does not install.

I did have CWM installed although im not sure what version as i cannot get into recovery.

Does anybody have any ideas?

I just updated my one to the newest cm12 build and now i'm stuck in a continuous loop where unfortunately setup wizard has stopped working. Does anyone know how to solve this?
