January 26 I got my second note 4 purchased online from the Italian store neophoniastore. Like every time I make a video unboxing of my new phone, this time after finishing the video, I realize that the phone is scratched into the frame in a small spot on the lower left, and only them. The box was sealed and the phone came out already scratched (I can see the scratch in the video) , the seller says it is my fault and I must repair the phone with my money, I tried to contact the Samsung via Twitter, Facebook and email, but after three days I have not received any response. Is this the way to treat those who spend 600 for a phone? Am I the only one with this problem?
