[Q] Wi-Fi refusing to turn on... Help! topic

I currrently have a Galaxy s5 sm-g900v. Two days ago, I flashed Alliance rom via Safestrap and everything was great until my wifi starting acting dumb. It refuses to turn on, just hangs. I have tried flashing the modem, and Blaze kernel, hoping it would fix it, but no luck. I unrooted and Odin'd back to complete stock, and it STILL won't work. Somebody please give me some pointers on how I can fix it :( Help would be GREATLY appreciated.
