usb otg dosn't work i9301i even with cusom kernel topic

Hay everyone , I've Samsung i9301i and the 'usb OTG' doesn't work on it.
When I connect it to my phone , there is a notification by usb connector connected
but nothing happen , I don't know what is the wrong??
I updated my Samsung to android 4.4.4 and to lollipop 5.0.2
but its the same result
I wish someone could help me
