About NOTE4 ROM topic

I have posted I9300 KK ROM, about NOTE4 style and the author is man.
The beginning of post, cannot display signal strength.Iater, MY friend Mr.Huang fixed this problem.
So the ROM works well, but with a period of time, suddenly mobile data can not be opened.
Individual transplant, only interests, this knowledge is not much. So there is no way to solve.
I will upload the ROM to the MEGA, hope who can improve it.
There are a lot of Chinese localization, you can join Google apps etc.
Of course, personal hope is, who can make the I9305 official firmware NOTE4 style based on ROM. Not poeted the Others.

I have done transfer all apps to Sdcard using adb shell, but the internal memory is full now whereas the apps on the SdCard!
please any suggestion to fix it!?

If I upgrade my firmware, will my kernel/recovery get replaced?

Example: I have a SGA2 w/ 2.3.6 Gingerbread w/ a custom kernel and recovery, I decided to upgrade my firmware to SGA2 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Will my custom kernel and recovery get replaced by that upgrade?

Questions about stock rom topic

Let me first say hello I am new to this forum. I am new to rooting/flashing when it comes to androids. I have a Verizon Motorola Droid Razr HD XT926 which I am trying to fix for a friend. It is stuck on the red eye and will not boot. I understand I will need to re-flash the software, and I understand the steps I need to take to re-flash using RSD lite. My problem is I cannot find a download for the stock rom, nor am I 100% sure which one I need. My friend has no interest in rooting, so I just need it back to stock. I do not know what software version is currently on the phone. Is there a way to find out with the phone not booting? Or does this even matter? Can I just flash the latest official version? And that is my main problem, which version to use, and where to find the download for it. I have searched around for some time and cannot find a definite answer on this. Thanks alot, any help with this would be amazing!

[Q] Questions about porting Blisspop Rom to Xperia Z1 topic

Hi,

After much Youtube and Google searching for good Lollipop roms, I came across Blisspop (v20), which looks like a pretty interesting Rom. I checked XDA and their official builds, but they don't seem to have a build available for Xperia Z1. So I'm thinking of porting Blisspop to my Z1 (if I can!). But before I try porting, I have some questions.

1. On Blisspop's download website , they have their own Bliss kernel. I'm pretty sure that the kernel won't work for Xperia since it's not built for it. What kernel should I use to safely flash this ROM without risk of hard brick (or brick of any kind)?
2. Is camera fixed yet? I've heard that it's still broken on CM12, but that's probably for the older CM12 kernel?
3. What's different between the builds with other devices? Should I download the Hammerhead build and try to modify it?
4. Is it difficult to port for an inexperienced person (I have no programming knowledge.)

Hello to everyone.
I hope i have posted in the right section.
I need info regarding the following situation:
i have a I9300 wich had 4.1.2 and was unlocked by software because it was EFS V1.
Because i didn`t made the proper digging i updated it to the original firmware af android 4.3 with Odin.
After flash i gor the unregistered sim network...because the EFS updated to V2. afterwards flashed again to 4.1.2 original and tryied to unlock using root,busy box and galaxsin unlock but due to EFS V2 didnt work.
Unfortunately i didn`t made backup to EFS V1 before update and now the IMEI shows 0049 (test imei).
The question is: the only way to solve this issue is going to a service center, recover original IMEI and unlock by Imei using pro tools or there is another way?

Question about Odin topic

I want to root my N910F but there is one thing i need to know before i do this, i dont want to flash a custom rom, just stock rom with root acces.
I know something about rooting and flashing from my other phones.

What happens if i root my Note4, and samsung rolls out an update.
I know i wont get OTA's, but what happens if i download the update from sammobile, and i flash it via Odin, will i loose my files and settings everytime i get an update ?
Or is there an option to just "Update" the stock rom ?

Anyway, I wonder if you guys could tell me what's your favorite Android emulator :D. I personally favor Genymotion as Bluestack doesn't come with ROOT, but I've recently heard about Andy. I need some experience from you guys.

hard reset question about apps on sd card topic

my phone is runnign sluggish,. its due a hard reset, i have a lot of apps stored on thesd card, but i seem to recall last time i hard reset the phone i had to reinstall the apps from the play store...
is this required? or can i just copy the app shortcut back from the sd card to the phone?
if i do need to reinstall then i move the data over to the sd card again am i not just doubling up files on the sd card?
its stock rom, so i cant use all those titanium backup apps and stuff as far as i know..

[Q] (XT1068) Some questions about rooting and Lollipop, help needed topic

I finally got an official OTA update to Lollipop yesterday from 21.11.23 KitKat.
I now have some questions regarding rooting Lollipop, since I'm a total noob, and some weird stuff I noticed on my phone.
So my questions are the following:
1) Will I still get OTAs if I root without a custom recovery? (assuming it's possible)
2) If I indeed CAN root without a custom recovery, how do I do it?
3) When I go to Regulatory Information, my phone shows "SAR Information for India" (can't provide screenshot, new poster) while my Region and the ROM is from Greece ( it's .reteu ) is that normal, or is some regional setting messed up?

[Q] N00b question about wiping (not my ass) topic

I've been trying out some of the various roms for the Nexus 6 for the last couple months. My question is about going from one to the other. Everyone recommends a "full wipe' but some describe full wipe as factory reset while others say go into advanced settings in twrp and hit everything. Anyway, i've been wiping everything which also takes out the data in the sd folder and any rom or gapps you were planning on flashing from internal. I've been pushing the zip files to the device from the command prompt once I'm in the bootloader, and then going into recovery to flash. Is this the proper method and what everyone else does? Seems like I'm missing an easier method. Thanks for the Noob help and looking forward to the future of this device..... promising.

Ok. So, I am using Micromax canvas A1 with Android One handset. I have unlocked the bootloader, flashed a custom CWM Recovery and Rooted it.
I have also created a full backup from CWM Recovery on external SD Card.
Now, here are some questions that I want to ask:
1 ) If I flash a custom bootlogo. So, if I restore my phone from CWM recovery, will the bootlogo will change back to the default?

2) If I install a custom ROM and if I don't like it and if I want to return back to my old stock ROM, will I be able to do it by restoring my phone from CWM Recovery from the created backup?

3) If I restore my phone from CWM Recovery, will my phone return to factory version (all data will be deleted, such as Contacts, Call logs, SMSs, etc.), or will it return to as it were when I created the backup?

issues about notifications.. topic

if i leave the watch to normal settings, ambient mode off, tilt to wake on i get notifications (like text and emails) and they turn the watch on. and it vibrates.

but if i turn off tilt to wake, then when i get email and text the watch doesnt wake up at all.. or even get notifications or vibrate..

if i turn on ambient mode and turn off tilt to wake, then my watch gets notifications cards, but wont vibrate on text and emails.

Question about the display topic

I have a few questions about the display on Find7a, if it turns out to be what I want Im probaly going to buy it :)

The reason that I want to buy the find7a instead of the find7 is because the whitbalance is alot far from natural in terms of color and the white balance is 10371k which is far to cold. I want a more natural display and if I have understand right find7a have a more warmer picture.
But does anyone here have the figures for white balance, color and gamma on find7a or maybe know any reivew from the web which include those figures.

Would be realy nice if someone could help me with this :)
