[Q] Looking to upgrade from an S3...any suggestions? topic

I really like my S3, so I'm looking for something similar. Just newer tech and easier to mod (I'm stuck with Samsung TW 4.4).

Any suggestions? I'd love to get a Nexus, but the 5 isn't available from the carriers and 6 is WAY to big.

PS I can go with AT&T or Verizon. Would prefer to get from the carrier directly to get 2-year plan discount.
