Ecoo focus e01 (Ecoo E01) topic

Hi. I rooted my Ecoo Focus E01 but i dont know how to get kitkat/lolipop ROM for ecoo.. :(
Iam newbie in this "specialization".. Can somebody help me please?:( I rooted my device with Kingo Root app and i dont know what now..
What version for CWM , what ROM to download and how to make it.. :/
Can you somebody help me and write instructions?:(
I really need help! My ecoo is really slow in system:(
