A few days back my watch (Neo) stopped synching with S Health (long after updating the app and Gear Manager) - it just happened out of the blue. No reboots were able to fix this so I thought (yeah, should have known Samsung better) that if I reinstall S Health it might work again. BTW: all other sync activities DO work between the watch and my Note 3.
Lo and behold, after "Uninstalling app updates" I found myself stuck with S Health 2.5 (pre- Gear 2) and definitely NO way to sync as it takes me to a page to "update your Gear Manager to a new version" - which I already have.
I started reading that this synchronization has been reported as broken by many....wonder how many here have the issue (pedometer, sleep, etc)?
Second...can a merciful soul upload S Health 3.5.1 maybe I can sideload it to my phone? Cheers!
/RANT: no wonder Apple is eating Samsung's lunch (even at home in SK) as I have not seen such a clusterf... of apps not working/pulled from market, updates that never arrive, etc. Bad, bad customer experience....100% disappointed with Samsung. :confused:
