Hey guys, longtime xda user here. I currently have a Verizon HTC One m8 S-off'ed with a custom rom. I've really been wantjng to edge up to a newer device and have really been considering the G3. But I have a few requirements of a new phone, I absolutely must have root and rom capabilities. I've been reading around the G3 threads and can't find a definitive answer. If I were to go to the Verizon store today and buy a G3 on the latest, would it be capable of downgrading the firmware and still being able to bump, root and flash roms? I need a definitive answer. Can someone help?
