[Q] Fire Phone Changing Launcher topic

I really want to change to the Ilauncher that I got off of Google Play, but everytime I try to open the launcher it says "ILauncher has stopped" is there a way I can manually make it work? I got it to work for 5 minutes but then it quit. Thanks for your help.:)
