[Q] Gamepad not working topic

I have a cheap, Enter E-GPV gamepad which when connected to the pc gets detected as HID interface. I connected this to my LGOG using OTG Y-cable but it seems to be operating in low power mode or something like that. The device gets detected when I run dmesg command. But when I try to enable analog button, the gamepad led doesn't lighten up (It usually does when connected to the pc). I even tried compiling a kernel module but that doesn't seem to solve the issue. Any thoughts on solving this issue is welcome.
