[TEMP FIX] work around For Theme Chooser Not Theming System UI after Crash topic

So here is a temp work around you dont have to wipe the data to make theme work after a theme crash or systemup crash
use Rom Setting Backup tool When your Themes are working fine and after that just in case if its crashed no more themed systemui no need to Full wipe Just Restore The backup data reboot Thats it
