Stock AOA1 firmware for the Samsung N910W8. Based on the Bell Mobility Canada (BMC) version from sammobile. Rom is rooted, zipaligned, deodexed, and includes both busybox and Init.d support. There are actually two versions to choose from: Regular and Debloated. I tested the regular version of the rom on my own device and all works well, but you know the drill: flash at your own risk and always make a backup in recovery before flashing ;)

Note: All bloat has been moved to the /bloatware/ folder in the zip. This way if something you need has been removed, you can simply move it back from the /bloatware/ folder to it's proper location on your phone. Worst case, download the Regular version of the rom and remove bloat as needed for your preferred setup ;)

INSTALLATION:
-Download the rom (links at end of this post)
-Reboot to recovery
-Wipe cache and dalvik
-Install the rom
-Reboot

Note: If you haven't already updated to the AOA1 base, then you'll likely need to do that before flashing this zip otherwise you will get boot loops (since you're still on the older base and are trying to flash a newer one). To update to the AOA1 base, download the base from sammobile.com, and then Odin AOA1/root/TWRP. Then you can go ahead and follow the regular installation steps above to flash the rom zip file in this thread.
