Trying To Restore Gear, Stuck on Samsung Loading Screen Turing on topic

Hello was going to sell my gear like 4 months ago and it was rooted at the time so then i went to restore it in settings and it restore. about a week ago i wanted to use it again (because it didint sell) on my non samsung tablet. It would not connect to m friends note 3 and when i turned it on it still said null at the beginning so i tryed using ordin to restore it not really understanding it. it failed everytime and now when i turn it on it shows the flashing samsung screen and doesnt go passed that. So i basicly need a really easy step by step to try to get this thing to a stock gear basicly like a just bought it.
