Help me decide which phone to get topic

Hi guys
I'm using Optimus G E975 and I'm really happy with it, but I'm thinking about upgrade and I'm not sure which one to get. I'm gonna stick to LG, but can't decide between G2, G Pro 2 or G3.
Here I can get all 3 of them at street prices which are quite similar, G2 32gb for 290 eur, G pro 2 32gb for 310 eur and G3 16gb for 340 eur, so money is not really a point that makes any difference when choosing.
I'm posting this here in G3 section because I suppose that there are G3 owners who had G2 or G pro 2 before G3. For me on paper G3 seams like an obvious choice, but I'm really concerned with the issues people report. Battery life seams to be just awful from what I have red, random shutdown problems, overheating problems, screen not that great... G2 and G pro 2 seam like safe bet phones regarding this issues. Thing that are the strong points for me for G3 are mostly its size (best screen to phone size ratio), its the newest so I suppose it will get at least one more official update and slow mo video option. I don't really care about 4k screen or little faster processor, and that are the main differences between these 3 phones.
Only thing turning me away from G pro 2 is its size, but it has everything else like sd card slot, removable battery, almost the same camera as g3, slow mo video even 3gb of ram for that money.

Any thoughts, opinions and suggestions are welcomed. Thanks in advance!

[Q] Decide my new phone! topic

Hi guys,

Unfortunately today has been a very upsetting and sad day for me. I took a risk buying a OnePlus One and it has been the best phone that I have ever had, although today has shown that even though it was amazing for me I have had a bad experience with it. As many of you may already know; the OnePlus One is very hard to insure due to it not being the most popular phone and today my phone screen has smashed. Although many of you may think that I'm an idiot for dropping my phone - it was a complete accident and fell out of my pocket, out of the car door and hit a stress point in the bottom left corner. This stress point on the phone was fairly spectacular as it damaged the screen itself with spider cracks running up the whole phone screen and the digitiser failing completely.

I took it apart with my Dad and we both saw that the screens below had smashed as well.

So, apart from the story - what phone should I get?

I'm deciding - although it was the best phone I've ever had - to step away from the OnePlus for two reasons.
The first being that it is hard to insure and even harder to find somewhere in the UK that will actually attempt a repair.
The second being that I've read that in some cases they are charging the price of the phone to repair the screen and getting a hold of a new one is harder because of the invite system that I will have to become a part of again.

So, after that long story - What phone do you think I should get? The LG G3 looks very appealing but the thought of the back buttons puts me off a little bit. Although, there is the iPhone 6 Plus... (If I had no mind).

Could you recommend a phone and why?

Cheers. Jon
