HELP! My phone has irregular CPU activity. Draining battery fast!! topic

Here is my problem. My phone is charging real slow and it's draining fast. I flash it fresh again but the problem still persist. I'm was on Cloudfa G3 2.1 rom(Now renamed to G2 2.2). I tried flashing CLoudy Pro too, Restore my whatsapp, CPU speed is always 2.2ghz on CPU0 and CPU3 on idle. So I install fresh WhatsApp without restoring data, It was normal again with CPU0 at 300mhz on idle.. Then I install My Data Monitor, the CPU speed return to 2.2ghz at all times on CPU0 and CPU3. What is the problem? What can I do? Please help. Sorry for bad english. Let me know if you need more info.. Thanks~
