[Q] Best method to unlock & root Galaxy Tab S 8.4 SM-T700 Wifi only topic

I just got my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 SM-T700 Wifi only.
Can you give instructions on how to unlock the bootloader & root the tablet?
I have used Nexus toolkit for my nexus 4. Is galaxy tab s supported by any similar software which makes the process of rooting/flashing very easy? Or is Odin the best way to do this?
