[Q] A few problems with my Moto G topic

I have a Moto G XT1034 with system version172.44.4.falcon_umts.awsretail.en.us
The device is giving me these problems:

1. It does not allow me to access security in settings. Each time I select it gives me the following error: Unfortunately, Settings has stopped.


2. I cannot uninstall the apps I install. Whenever I try to uninstall an app the mobile reboots itself.


3. The device hasn't updated from 4.4.2.

I have been using the device for a year now & can't find the solution to these issues. I have rooted the phone too. Can anyone help me out with this?
