[q] master's i need your assistance topic

MASTER can you please help me?, The issue happens when im flashing on TWRP i flash my LOLLIPOP .zip 5.0.1 file FROM MY STOCK ROM KITKAT the procedure was done correctly but suddenly the battery falls down because i forgot to put the backcover while flashing, I immediately return it. I thought that it's still working because it continue to install but after the installation THE WIFI IS NOT WORKING MAC ADDRESS UNAVAILABLE and I CANNot factory RESET my phone when i GO TO SETTINGS FACTORY RESET IT REBOOTS and goes to DEMI GOD CRASH HANDLER AND PRESS + TO DOWNLOAD MODE PRESS - TO REBOOT

and my AUTO REC.apk seems has it problems because it hangs on FINDING LOKI,, i dont know what is loki i think it;s the problem ?
additional to that sr when i GO to download mode
HOLD PRESS VOLUME UP THEN INSERT CABLE IT ALWAYS GOES TO FASTBOOT PORT CHANGE VOLUME UP REBOOT ETC,

I CANT PUT MY PHONE INTO RECOVERY NOW,.
