[Q] which firmware to use, T999 or I9300 topic

hello .
i have an I9300 and in phone inof is ZSEMC1 ,but in boot mode it is a T999
i flash it with i9300 but fail in odin and repeat with T999VVLUFNH2_T999VYVLFNH2_T999VVLUFNH2_HOME.tar.md 5 and same problem . now the phone is soft brique and i have just boot mode.
so what stock rom to use ?
