[Q] Phone acting up: Rooted Titanium S1 Plus topic

I have a rooted phone, but what i did is wiped the data off the Sd Card so the whole root folder and it's data was erased. Now i am trying to restart the phone but the phone's acting up and cant do Nothing.
Noob here please help..
Phone: Karbonn titanium s1 plus.
ALSO CAN I DO SOMETHING WITHOUT THE PC INVOLVED??

Hi all... As you can see I'm very new to this and after googling for a couple hours I'm still wondering if I can utilize the space available from nand storage as an "external " storage... Thanks in advance!
