why does it say up to 64GB? is there a limitation with filesystem they use like the dell venue 8 7000 ( doesn't allow exfat )

I have Moto G 2nd and want to buy a Sandisk Ultra card (8 or 16 GB - Class 10). The card will be used for photos, a few videos and maybe a couple of games. I don't know if Lollipop will allow to write data from games or apps.
But I'm confused about some cards. Like these for example. (sorry, it's Greek)

The first 2 cards say that have 48 MB/s Reading speed but the "for Android card although has 30 MB/s says it's faster.

Which card do you think is the best?

Anybody knows if it is possible to put a 256 gb microsd, if not is it possible a sdxc uhs-1 128gb??
