Access to Windows shared folder in Sony Album App topic

Hi all,

Is it somehow possible to access a shared folder under Windows 7 using the Sony Z3 tablet? For example a very large folder with a lot of family pictures which is right now on my Desktop pc.

There is an option in the official Sony Album App when clicking on the three bars in the upper left corner in the Sony Album app and then there is sth called Devices. But the device does not find the computer even though both devices share the same network.

It should be possible somehow, shouldn't it? Don't want to buy a large SD card to duplicate all the pictures.

tagging photos that are shared topic

My nephew he uses the camera of my phone. And therefore I don't want to sync(upload) automatically all my photos to google drive.

So I want to upload selected photos only . So is there any way, where each photos which were backup(uploaded) to google drive are tagged as already backup(uploaded), so that I can know and don't upload the same, again to google drive.
