Browser Problems topic

Am i the only one thats noticing this or is my Note 4 just defective... Everytime i try to put my email address in on a website online, like ive been applying for jobs. It just says "Please enter a valid email address" ive downloaded other browsers as well, chrome, dolphin ect. All the same. Any help?:confused:

[Q] AOSP ROMs distorted images in browser topic

Hi I have an issue with all aosp ROMs whereby some websites will display completely distorted images. Amazon is the worst culprit but it happens with many sites. I've included a screenshot to demonstrate what I mean. I'm sorry if this has been asked before but its hard to search as results are mainly images of ROMs. This issue is not present with Samsung ROMs. Any ideas if this can be fixed? Cheers

Browser problem topic

I tried entering the default browser settings page and noticed everything is mumbled like gibberish. Who else has noticed this? Also is there a workaround or we have to wait for a software update?

Can anybody tell me how can I play online videos from websites via Mx Player?
I've kitkat 4.4.2 on my phone. I Can't use flash player that's why I need mx player to play online videos.

I am trying to install some Kitkat-roms on my wife's phone but they all seem to include the stock (AOSP?) browser.
I thought this browser wasn't safe and Kitkat was shipped without this stock browser, to include Chrome.
Is the (new?) stock browser now safe and based on chromium or something?

Hello XDA family,

I've been using ezkat for a while and wanted to try a lollipop rom. Flashed Nameless worked flawlessly until I got to work and needed to go to my company's private website. No browser I used would pull up the site on Nameless or any other AOSP rom. Has anyone ever had this happen and how did you fix it. Ezkat is TW 4.4.2 and Nameless is 5.0 Lollipop.

How do i change the new tab page?
On my last phone i could make it so new tabs opened blank but in my nexus chrome browser i dont see that in the settings
