[Q] Google Cloud for Google Play leaderboards topic

Hey there,

I'm currently considering using Google Cloud to host leaderboards with Google Play Services.
My Question is, how much does it roughly cost? I've found a price calculator (can't post link) but I have no idea which of these services Google Play's leaderboards uses, or how much space/traffic they consume. Does anyone have experiences about the pricing? Or are there even better alternatives? I heard one could also use webspace and connect via php, but I'm not good at secure/ network programming.

I need to do a hard reset on my phone, so I backed up all my info on verizon cloud. I am just wondering, before I actually do this, since I also have my contacts backed up via google, when I reset my phone will I have all my contacts duplicated?

TIA
