[Q] No service. topic

Hi new to the phone itself. Rooted it, after doing the 4.4.4 AT&T update. Now I do have S-ON but I saw that CM11 could boot with it. I flashed gapps and rom of course, and everything booted up fine. My problem is I have no service. Sim card is new, and of course worked before flashing. What do I need to do in order to find my service? Any help would be kindly appreciated.

Moto G (XT1034) No Service topic

Title says it all
In status it says
Network - Unknown
Signal strength - 0 dBM 99 asu
Mobile Network type - Unknown
Service state - Voice: Radio off / Date: radio off
Roaming - Not roaming
Mobile network state - Disconnected
My phone number - it shows my phone number

I think I may have to turn back on the two radios... Does anyone know how to do this? I have root access and a custom recovery installed. Can someone help me?

Moto G No Service topic

I have a MOTO G from Wind Mobile (XT1034)... I put cyanogenmod on it and I was not getting service. I put it back to the stock firmware and now im still getting no service and it says XT1032 when I plug it into my computer. I think I installed the XT1032 stock firmware instead of the XT1034... Can someone help me or tell me how to get service?.

[Q] Cell phone 2 home service, does such a thing exist? topic

Micro USB to RJ11
I am looking for an app/adapter that would allow you to power your wired home phone system using your cell phone. Ideally, I'd like to be able to use a cable, like the one shown, to simply plug my cell phone into one of the home phone jacks to provide service to the wired phones etc. I'm hoping to find a carrier neutral solution. Do you know of anything like this?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

no service problem topic

Hello,

I bought a new sim card in Amsterdam because I will have to stay there for a while. However, when I insert card in HTC desire C it doesn't find any networks. It recognizes that it is 'lebara' sim card, but when I try looking for networks it just says 'error while connecting to networks'.

Frequencies are the same as in my old country (Lithuania) and my old sim works perfectly. What could be the reason and a fix?

by the way, im using cm 11 rom, RC2 or RC3 release, i dont remember :D

Unlocked, working, but then show "NO SERVICE". LTE Ok, but no signal, no phone calls. topic

Maybe you guys from international forum can help me find a solution for this.

Here is the scenario:
I bought the phone from a Swappa Seller. Phone is t-mobile branded and was in the box, Brand new.
http://swappa.com/listing/ZPB505/view

Quote:

Brand New Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910T White ( UNLOCKED) 32GB
Phone is brand new in its original box. The phone has never been used. All Accessories are still sealed in plastic - The phone model is SM-N910T. This is a great deal on a BRAND new - NEVER USED phone!
This phone is guaranteed to work with AT&T. There is no regional lock whatsoever

You will have to add for one day-shipping. Let me know if that works for you. Thanks

Can anybody tell me why a T-mobile unlocked phone won't work with T-mobile?

I used the phone on my carrier and it was flawless. Everything was fine till suddenly i lost phone signal. It always show "NO SERVICE" message now, but strangely I still have 4G Connection. I can use the phone to navigate, not to make phone calls.
So I swapped carriers, and the phone was working ok, phone calls, data connection.... then the thing happened again: no service, but i have 4g LTE connection.

Inserted a third sim card, from another carrier. Phone is fine, workin as it should! But this is not my main sim card and i would like it very much to work with ANY carrier. Do you guys have any idea what the problem is? Factory reset did not work at all. For the others sim cards, it recognize the network for a second and then "no service". How can i have data connection if there is "no service"?

Im really desperate because i payed a lot for this note 4... Maybe if i root the phone and flash another ROM?

help please!

Ive looked through MANY different thread and done exactly what they said, but I just cant get it to work. I put the phone in Gsm mode, and then manually search networks, but after 3 seconds it goes away with no results. Or tries to make me use global settings. I made an APN with the settings
Name: T-Mobile US
APN : epc.tmobile.com
Prox: blank
Username: blank
Password: blank
Server: wap.voicestream.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMS Port: blank
MCC: 310
MNC: 260
Authentication type: not set
APN Type: default

Am I missing something?

Taking my device to service center tomorrow IST. topic

I've been having strange fluctuations in the battery which I noticed and I was assuming it was some of wake locks or alarms causing this drain.
I also noticed the battery getting heated during charging.
The weirdest issue I faced is that every first boot after full barge reduces to -10%later reboots meet them intact I noticed this on stock rom and custom rom also, Also while charging I saw that from 93%to 100 %jump was just in few min which is totally ubnormal.
Tough my fast charging was turned off.
Hopefully it's just a battery issue I can't live without this device after giving it for service.

Is anybody else having these issue ??

[Q] Help! Google Play Service Battery Drain Moto G topic

Hi, i have trouble battery draining on my stock Moto G (Lollipop) caused by Google Play Service (ver. 6.5) up to 65%.
This is my first time having trouble like this, anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks.

[Q] Voice: Out of service / Data: In service HELP! topic

I have lurked so much around XDA and still I have no solution
I own a Moto X XT1053 on Movistar (Mexico)
Everything was working fine until I got my SIM card replaced. Now Voice and SMS don't seem to function but Data from my carrier works fine.
When I try to dial I get a "Mobile network not available"
I have done "fastboot oem config carrier (all possible options) No luck.
I have switched from 4G to Edge since that seems to be the solution for many but that didn't work for me.
Yes I have searched for networks and selected "Choose Automatically" No luck.
I have flashed back to stock firmware using T-Mobile's firmware (which has always been my solution and everything worked flawlessly) but now that doesn't work. I've actually not a fan of custom roms I only do stock and xposed the !@#$! out of it but even a clean stock doesn't seem to fix it.
I even went to Movistar and they believe its my phone since they tested my sim on another phone and voice worked on theirs.

Any thoughts on what could be the solution? Please Help!

[Q] Want to know how to flash s3 SPH-710 to Straight Talk CDMA service topic

Hello.
Looking for some help from the gurus .
I have a Samsung s3 (virgin variant) and looking to flash it, or do what is necessary to switch it to Straight Talk CDMA plan.
It currently is used with Page Plus but here over the last 4 months the service has gotten pretty bad with it for the price paid.
Put my tm n900 on Straight Talk and works great, but this s3 is a non sim card model and I cant figure out how to go about switching it.
Anyone have knowledge or know of a tutorial for this?
Ive looked through forums but have found little.

Phone is not picking up service after being in an area without service. (Detailed exp topic

Whenever I go out of a service area, my phone will not pick back up the service.

Example: Let's say I'm in the basement of a building which I do not receive service. Once I go back upstairs onto the main level, my phone should recognize that I'm back in a service area and reenter...but it doesn't.

I have tried a factory reset with wiping all the cache along with it and the problem still persists.

Should I just take it to Sprint and get a new phone? I've had this one since launch and the problem started to occur when I updated to 4.4.4.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Info:
Sprint Galaxy S5 running 4.4.4 stock.
