[Q] My SM-T210R won't stop rebooting or force closing! topic

I posted a thread before but got no responses or help so I'm trying again. My Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has been messed up ever since I ran the 4.4.2 official update from Samsung. System apps like settings, my files, video player and other apps force close anytime I try to open them. It reboots itself after too many force closes so it's basically unusable. The only things I can do are play games and sometimes even games force close when I try to open them.

Here are all the things I've tried:

• I wiped data and cache in a custom recovery.


• I tried doing a full wipe and flashing a different rom.


• I used odin to go back and flash the stock rom

And none of these things have worked. In all the roms I flashed on this tablet they all have force closing and constant reboot issues.

Does anybody have an idea of a possible solution? I'd like to be able to actually use my tab again.

[Q] Phone Closing Background Apps With Over 1GB of Free Ram! topic

I have recently debloated a bit my phone (some freezes with titanium and hibernation with greenify) which led me to only 1.4GB of used Ram but the phone keeps closing the background applications even with a lot of ram left.

It seems like it limits the number of apps it can keep opened, for example, if I run heavy games it keeps only 4~5 games and the ram is around 2.3GB, which may look ok, but opening light applications, even UNDER 2GB of used ram, it starts closing apps after 5 or 6 opened apps. That makes no sense.

What could be done to fix this? Does this happen to you too?

I'm running stock rom and v9 ultimate kernel (exynos) and that option under developer options is set to standard.

Pandora 5.7 Force Closing Constantly topic

Ever since the update to Pandora with the refreshed UI, it FCs and locks up my phone any time I run it. If I leave my phone alone, the songs will play like they should, but as soon as I unlock my screen, the first song that played when I opened Pandora is still listed as the current track, and the "Wait or Close" dialog box is up. And then I have to pull my battery, because nothing happens when I hit either Wait or Close.

Is anyone else having this issue or know of a solution? I'm on a Verizon rooted/busyboxed/debloated S5 and Pandora worked perfectly with it until the update. So I'm doubting that it's the phone.

I've always had the issue where when I'm playing music or listening to a podcast and I go to my homescreen, go to another app or turn off the screen... within a few seconds to a few minutes, the app just closes. Not force closes with an error, just stops playing and disappears. I have to go into the app again and start playing what I was listening to. I notice this doesn't always happen, I could be fine for days, then it starts continuously again.

I've experienced this with or without LG's auto ram clear on.
