s4 i9506 root access is missing topic

I have root my S4 device. After some days i can not open the phone. It is sucks when it opens.
I try to install superSu previous version but nothing. Oslo hard reset not working.
I try to install official rom but it fails....

Can help me to open my smartphone?

Missing storage space topic

So I'm using converted to GPE 16GB HCT One.
I have 32GB SD card and where possible apps load data to the SD (Google Music, Voice recorder etc.)

If you look at the picture I have 8GB available of internal storage but the graph shows less than 40% free (this does not add up)
Also why apps take internal storage if everything is cached to SD
Last time I had to factory reset because I have run out of storage for some reason and despite removing 3GB i was still low on storage.

Anyone can help?

Missing Smart Lock & Google Camera Modes topic

Hi all,

I installed 5.0.2 TugaPower25 rom and Gapps.

When I open the camera app, I only have video and stills camera. I used to have panoramic, and tilt shift options as well. How can I get these options?

Lastly, what should I do to get Smart Lock option?

Hey folks,

I still have 4.3 installed on my note 3 and since its really starting to get a lil old, I was wondering if its finally worth upgrading?

I mean I customized this thing so hard with hand selected debloating of 99% of the system apps that are just spyware/crapware to me, including all google apps except playstore and the required additional apks. Also using xposed to tweak everything to my needs like custom button configs and visual tweaks etc pp..

From what I've seen and read so far things got more difficult in Kitkat than before. Like Apps not beeing able to fully use SD-Card or problems with root etc.. so is there anything really positive that Kitkat or Lollipop added?

Either the stock versions or aosp based?

Would be cool to hear some opinions.

And what about performance? On my 4.3 Rom with custom kernel @ 2225mhz i get like 35-37k antutu score as well. How are your guys' scores nowadays with recent roms and similar clock?

Autumn Leaves on Water Live Wallpaper missing after update to Lollipop? topic

I just updated my M8 (stock, no root) to Lollipop, and I noticed the Live Wallpaper with the leaves on the water is missing. Is there any way I can download it from somewhere and add it again? Do you guys have it?

[Q] Missing events in calendar topic

Hey everyone, i have an issue with my s4 thats driving me up the wall.

I have 2 google accounts and one of them doesn't sync all of my events. For some reason it chooses to sync a select few and thats it. I have already installed the stock google calendar, resynced my account, wiped calendar storage data, cache, wiped the calendar data, everything i could possibly do i think i have done.

If i add this same calendar to my old HTC, everything syncs just fine which leads me to believe its an S4 issue.

Anyone know something that could help me out of this?

missing eq setting on Google play music topic

Installed viper4android to increase headphone volume. Found a way to increase the volume without the app. I have since deleted viper but now I am missing the eq on Google play music. I tried to delete and reinstall play music but no luck. Any help would be great.

[Q] Wifi Hotspot option missing from settings topic

I previously rooted my friend's G3 on Sprint (LS990, ZV4, KitKat 4.4.2) with Stump Root, and used this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g...-edit-t2889436 to make the hotspot work. He updated to ZV6 thinking it would fix some LTE issue that was happening. The LTE problem was related to coverage and eventually went away on its own, but now he lost root. I found out how to wipe and downgrade back to ZV4, did that, rooted with stump root again successfully, and tried to redo the hotspot fix. I assumed it would work as simply as last time, but when my friend went to turn it on, he said the WiFi Hotspot option is missing.

I have tried everything from play store replacements to widgets to build.prop edits but nothing seems to work; the best I have gotten is creating a network with the chainfire tether app but being unable to get any internet through it. I'm assuming the missing option is an indicator that the hotspot is completely disabled somewhere else. Any ideas?

Stuck on HTC Logo at Boot + Possibly missing partitions topic

With all the buzz about Android 5.0 lately I hastily decided to flash across the latest and greatest. So of course it turned out I needed S-Off for something (because it never gets to be easy) so after running various hacks in an attempt to get S-Off I noticed that I couldn't boot into Android. So I opened up the recovery and tried to sideload across a stock HTC KitKat ROM. When I turned on the sideloading function I got the following error: "failed to open driver control: No such file or directory". And this wasn't the first or last error that I would get. for example, if I tried to access my /sdcard partition I would receive the error message: "E: Can't mount /sdcard". To me this seems like either my partitions have been deleted or corrupted.
Other directories I also cannot mount are:

• /data


• /firmware/radio


• /firmware/adsp


• /firmware/wcnss


• /sd-ext

Note: I am running PhilZ touch as my recovery.

Recents Buttons Missing? topic

So when I open recents now, the close all and manage apps buttons are gone from the bottom of the screen. What did I do?
