Help, Purchased M8 and now no ROM will install; stuck at boot screen topic

Hi All,
I purchased M8 yesterday and it had cynogenmod11 running on it. It seemed VERY buggy and the guy said to install some other ROM if I had constant issues. Since morning I have tried 4 different ROMs. The ones I have tried are: Candy5, Android Revolution 34, Stock HTC Sense and Telus nandroid backed up ROM following the tutorial here. With every ROM I try to put in it gets stuck at the white splash screen while booting up and doesn't go forward. I am unable to find any helpful resources to resolve the issue. I always have to restore the backup and put it back to Cynogen11 to make it work and connect to the computer.
I have S-ON, HBoot - 3.19.0, TWRP ver. 2.8.4.0

[Q] Has anyone purchased Moto Maxx from Mexico and have it worked on Tmobile in US topic

I am interested in getting a Moto Maxx from Mexico but want to make sure that everything works perfect on Tmobile for the US. I had issues with Droid Maxx from verizon on Tmobile and dont want same issues. Has anyone actually done this and if so, whats the result?
