Firmware latest release version RXX topic

Dear all, i have a list of firmwares for my Z1 9606, and i'd like to know which one is the latest, since they all say 14.4.A.0.157 you can see on the left the CDA number XXXX-XXXX and on the right you can see R4C, R5C, R7C, what do they mean, is there any difference between each others?

[Q] Release key topic

What is release key. Trying to sideload 5.02 from a fully flashed 5.01 and get error stating that release key is still 4.4.2
Flashed 5.02 image and still sees 4.4.2

Don't get it.

Updating to 5.02 by OTA from 5.01.
Error states that release key is from 4.4.2
I installed 5.01 fresh from a Google provided image.

Am very confused why the old release key is still present.
