[Q] SGH-i337 safestrap recovery problem topic

I get a black screen whenever i go continue or recovery.It was rooted with towelroot,had super su,busybox.Installed safestrap wiped all data, restarted the phone then went back to recovery and flashed a custom rom. Download mode works, but i can't flash with odin, because the phones write protection enabled. Tried to re-partition it was a "pass" in odin, phone rebooted and the problem still exists. Please help:(

Hi all,

I'm installed safestrap 3.75 on my i545, but I can't seem to create slot 1 as there is only 4Mb free space on available.

I don't see how to reduce the size of the Stock slot.

What do I do?

Hi guys,

I recently got my s4 and found out it had a locked bootloader, boo. After a lot of research I was able to get it to install safestrap with Imperium rom. I also had to change my modem and went through the steps to changing it like 3 times and ended up on NJ4. I was previously on MF3 and had great signal but after all these changes and going to NJ4, it seems my signal has gotten worse. I want to know if I can change my modem on the fly with a zip or something faster through safestrap or do I have to go through all the odin steps again in order to change? Its a lot of damn work and very time consuming, so I thought I would ask before doing. I do not think I can even go back to MF3, right? Need some help quick flashing ROM through SafeStrap topic

I'm trying to flash a ROM on a i337 S4 running 4.4.2 NB1, I have it rooted SuperSu installed and Safestrap custom recovery install. I boot into recovery create a new ROM slot (standard sized) flash ROM, flash NB1 modules, flash SuperSu (per ROM's instructions) then reboot. Now heres the problem, it will boot show Safestrap and the Samsung boot but right after that where you would normally see the AT&T boot or the ROM's boot it just goes black. Black screen nothing there no button press work nothing, I know the phones on because if I have it plugged into the computer through USB it will recognize it as an Android device. I let it sit for a good 10 minutes and nothing. Has happened on a couple different ROM's. The one I'm currently trying to flash in Empty Galaxy http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2768183

[Q] Verizon note 3 safestrap not booting topic

Hello all I recently upgraded to a note 3 from verizon, and I have unlimited data did the sim trick and still have my UDP!
The problem is I want to install a custom rom so I can thether and watch xbmc, have better battery performance and a faster phone. I rooted and installed custom roms for years on several phones, but the note 3 has become impossible for me so I'm seeking help.

I have kk 4.3 and the MJ7 baseband.....I rooted using kingo then I installed the super user from the play store....then installed busy box(stericson) ...then the latest safestrap 3.75 I think...Once installed I hit the boot to recovery and it goes to the samsung boot screen with the open lock then restarts to the same screen again with the open lock and boots up to the android os... I have installed and uninstalled different version of safestrap and no recovery still. I have softbricked my phone several time already and recovered using odin...My knox counter is on 0x1 but I dont care about that...I want my phone with custom rom I hate this verizon bloatware! Please help!

[Q] Battery Drain after Safestrap topic

Hi !
I installed SafeStrap on my Motorola RAZR XT910 to try CM11. It worked fine but battery started draining really fast. Before it lasted for 1 day or even more, and now it only lasts half day.
I removed CM11 and went back to Stock ROM (still with Safestrap) but didn't fix battery issues.
I also noted that battery indicator now only shows status from 10 to 10 (for example 100%, 90%, 80%, etc).

I bought a new battery and the problem is still here !!!

Is it possible that this problem is related with Safestrap? anyone had the same issue?
