[Q] Radio not working LG G3 D850 topic

I am SO CLOSE!

Running CM12 nightly with TWRP backend.

I get the occasion blue screen on load: DemiGod Crash Handler : Subsystem Crash! : modem (subsys-restart: Resetting the SoC)

I lost radio (so no phone or data) somehow but otherwise, everything else works fine. I've tried installing different builds of lollipop and same issue. So somehow the firmware for the radio or modem is messed up.

I've also singled out the sim card since another phone was able to use it.

Any ideas?

[Q] I want a mostly stock D850 rom with the Nexus dialer topic

I like the G3 interface and many of the features. I prefer less bloatware than AT&T comes with and I don't need all of Goofles crap either, but I an get rid of them. I just want a rooted ROM with the Nexus dialer. I've tried most of the ROM's posted here and none of them have it. I don't really want to use a 3rd party launcher to do it so any suggestions? Anything I might have missed?

Bugs in CM12 on D850 (ATT) topic

I have a couple minor annoyances and I'm wondering if they are common or unique to me and if there are any suggested fixes. I performed a full wipe before I installed CM12 and then again when I went to the official nightlies a couple weeks ago.

These issues occur about once a day.
1) The screen stops responding to touch, the buttons still work, headset controls still work but I have to take the battery out and put it back in to use the touchscreen again.
2) I get an error that the micro sd card has been removed, a restart gets the system to recognize it again.

How to flash a G3 D850 boot logo? topic

I've looked about all over and can not find a method to flash the startup D850 boot logo. I have changed the boot and shutdown animations; those are easy. On the OnePlus, it's very easy and straight forward via ADB.

Does anyone have a method to flash a new boot logo (the first static logo) and the specs on how to make/package one up?

[Q] D850 CM12 Local Manifest topic

I am trying to compile CM12 on my own for the D850 and I am curious what people are using for the Local Manifest file. I found one thread talking about building CM12 for the LG G3, but it seemed to be for the D855 and it seemed like it might be using 3rd party sources on Github.

So I'm trying to find out what the full local manifest should be for my D850 CM12 build. I am a compile noob, so being able to tell me/show me what the full manifest file should contain would be greatly appreciated
