[REF] [RADIO] YU Yureka Modem Collection topic
This is a list of radios for the YU Yureka (tomato). With the new OTA release, some people may have better signals with the old radio or want to tinker with the new one so here is a list that will be updated to allow users to switch to their preferred radio/modem.
Radios are independent of Android version, use the radio that provides you the best signal. It varies from user to user, there is no best radio/modem Why? Different carriers, different locations, and more. There are so many factors that play into cellular signal so just because a particular radio is the best for someone doesn't mean its the best for you. We can obtain a consensus on which radio performs the "best" for the largest % of users though.
How to Flash?
Simply flash the .zip below in your preferred recovery. If you prefer flashing via fastboot, extract the .bin file out of the .zip file and flash it by typing,
links will be added soon..

I just installed Cyanogen in a Sasmung Galaxy Ace 2. I didn't find the FM Radio app, that was originally in the stock ROM
I've searched some radios in Google Play but they are all via IP... Does someone know how to get the radio back? and not only for this smartphone... including others
Thank you

[Q] "Mobile radio active" battery drain on Lollipop 5.0.2 topic
Has anyone found a solution for this yet? This thing is draining my battery like crazy. Gets me at the most 2 hours screen on time (half of what I used to get on KK). Tried both CM12 and AICP and both have this same issue.
Here is a link to my battery stats - Cell Standby seems to be the biggest battery user when this Mobile Radio Active is going "nuts".
http://imgur.com/a/1v1UN#0
If I catch it early then reboot temporarily fixes the issue but if I don't then in a day's use this Mobile Radio Active can take up to 8-9 Hours of activity! Please help!

Radio Freezing topic
I have a Verizon Galaxy S4, SCH-I545 running stock, version I545VRUFNC5. The phone works fine for awhile, but then just freezes up. Mobile data stops transferring, the phone stops accepting calls. The odd part is that it will occasionally still make calls while it's locked up, but just won't receive. Restarting the phone fixes the issue for awhile, but it's incredibly annoying. Before I start throwing random roms on this phone, I was wondering if this is a known issue and if so how to fix it. I have tried searching, and while my forum-fu and google-fu are both indicating that others have had this issues, they are failing me when it comes to a solution.

[Q] Radio not working LG G3 D850 topic
I am SO CLOSE!
Running CM12 nightly with TWRP backend.
I get the occasion blue screen on load: DemiGod Crash Handler : Subsystem Crash! : modem (subsys-restart: Resetting the SoC)
I lost radio (so no phone or data) somehow but otherwise, everything else works fine. I've tried installing different builds of lollipop and same issue. So somehow the firmware for the radio or modem is messed up.
I've also singled out the sim card since another phone was able to use it.
Any ideas?

Does Anyone Have The New Firmware 3.42.502.1 ORRRR the Radio 6A_40.34.C35006.02_F? It would be immensely helpful as most of us who've upgraded to lollipop just want the AT&T radio, since it usually has the best reception. If you do, can you please upload to androidfilehost or dev-host. Thank you!

Hi guys
Those who use the ROM-based CM12 of varun.chitre15, we note that in its beta5 version lacks FM Radio. Varun announced a patch that would include radio and other improvements, but I could not wait this patch to have radio and decided to do it on my own.
The mod includes only fm radio so do not expect anything more.
You need:
Xperia L (taoshan) with ROM cm12-20250119-UNOFFICIAL-taoshan Installed.
Installation:
As flash ROM or gapps.
Link mod:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8iK...Vk0/edit?pli=1
I hope you find it useful.
