How to root my LG G3 (i have searched already!) topic

Hi guys,

I might get flamed, I might not.

I have searched on google on how to root my LG G3. I have used towelroot and it says something like it isn't compatible. I used stump root and it says its patched. I used purple drake and I manage to find my device but the error comes up about vulnerability.

Luckily with PDrake, I found my software version as I have been seeing 10f 10e etc everywhere and it seems mine is a v20f.

Into google it went and the search it very minimal on answers.

Do I have to rollback the software to a kit kat version in order to root??? Is there any other way or more importantly is it a safe way?

All I really wanted to do was change some of the UI sounds and I cant access the system folder without a root!

P.S. Is there up to date, guide on how to roll back?

Thanks!

[Q] Cheap Import already rooted? topic

I bought a cheap Chinese android tablet recently. According to the "About" it's a model # S102. My problem is that it's reported as being rooted although I've done no such thing and therefore NowTV won't work on it. Is there any way of fooling the NowTV app into thinking that it's not a rooted device, or alternatively is it OK to reinstall Android using an original copy so that it doesn't show up as rooted?

Upgraded version of the Note 4 already?? topic

Ok maybe I misunderstood this, but a RL friend who's brother works for AT&T was telling him that a Exynos chipset version of the Note 4 is coming to AT&T??? Uhm what?? Has anyone heard this or did I miss something? I am set to get one as soon. Like as soon as I can find the time to get to the AT&T store lol. Is he pulling my chain?? I did some googling and all I see is an international version with a Exynos chipset. Is this is Bulls&^$% or not?
