Hi guys
I have found the new versions of the Media App from Latest Sony MEDIA Apps: Walkman 8.5.A.2.7 [29.Jan.2015] on theart Xperia T, TL, TX, V Themes

And i did test on my Xperia P with Rom PhoEniX X8 :o:o. .

Guide:

1. Download Walkman 8.5.A.2.7 .

2. Copy to SD -> copy to system/app (rw-r-r)

3. Reboot your Xp

4. Clear Data Walkman. Enjoy it :laugh::laugh::good::good:

[Q] stock xperia Z walkman sometimes skip audio on right headphone? topic

Ok so i have a little odd issue with my xperia z walkman. im on a modified stock but even on regular stock and with any headphones very rarely and with 2 specific songs its more frequent. While listening to music the right headphone side would drop sound for a half of second, literally like 30ms. i was wondering if anyone had this issue before?
also the music files are ok because they play on windows fine.

Today I downloaded newest version of Walkman app via Sony Update Center app.
App is very good and have new look :p
I only sharing this app :good:

New features:
- new fresh look like in Lolipop or new Youtube app
- new album art
- new icons
- new launcher app icon
- you can use other equaliser from google play
- navbar size fixed, now you can have any navbar size without editing nothing
- smooth scrolling and fast operations

Bugs:
Maybe this is only for Existenz 4.50 rom, because can't open audio settings, so before installing new Walkman set audio settings.
Perhaps you can open audio settings if you have stock rom.

Installation:
Install like normal app, you don't need root.

Enjoy new Walkman ;)

Update is 14 MB in size, rolled OTA via Sony Update Center app. Below posted apk is confirmed working on Nexus 7 2013, Xperia M2 and Yureka.

Hi z2 peeps! Today I received the official update for Walkman with UI changes. Sorry my knowledge is limited to provide apk. The design is kind of half cooked, some parts of the app are not yet material design. I personally think its better and cleaner and crisper. Happy they retained the dark ui Sony always uses.
