File transfers topic

Hello, so this is a problem, now I can't put my files to my phone (SD CARD AND PHONE) and it shows this "CANNOT COPY ITEM. The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected" but it is connected and I was searching for the answer, but got nothing, so help me please :)
any suggestions are good and possible for me.
