gio out of control topic

My gio starts sometimes doing things on its one,even in recoverymode it runs down the menu,put recovery menu in rainbow mode(didnt know it could)starts calling numbers from contacts etc,it dont help to factory reset or put different rom on it...
do i have to buy a new one?
