How to flash a G3 D850 boot logo? topic

I've looked about all over and can not find a method to flash the startup D850 boot logo. I have changed the boot and shutdown animations; those are easy. On the OnePlus, it's very easy and straight forward via ADB.

Does anyone have a method to flash a new boot logo (the first static logo) and the specs on how to make/package one up?
